As the seasons change in Texas, we offer a seasonal blend that focuses on familiarity, approachability, and complexity while also still achieving the flavor profile we seek. The goal of The Farmstead was to create harmony and versatility with any brew method. So regardless of how you like to drink your coffee, we believe you will enjoy this carefully crafted blend to the very last drop!
This makes such a wonderful drip coffee that you can drink all day long! If you’re one of those people, you won't be disappointed. It’s full of flavor and tastes good even when it’s cold when you got too busy…..trust me! If you’re and espresso drinker, you’re going to love all the little nuances this blend has to offer and it holds up perfectly with milk.
Blend 1 - This is our fall/winter blend comprised of coffees that have been hand selected to create a flavor profile that has heavier-tasting notes of caramelized sugar, nuttiness, and subtle fruit. With cooler temperatures, the goal of Blend 1 is to achieve a heavier mouthfeel and texture and still shine when milk is introduced.
Blend 2 - This is our spring/summer blend. The classic flavor profile with the introduction of subtle fruit and floral notes. This adds another level of complexity that plays well the refreshing flavors of spring.
We roast and ship every Monday & Thursday. Orders must be received by 5PM on Sunday and Wednesday to ensure it gets added to our production. Orders placed after 5PM on on Sunday and Wednesday will be roasted and shipped out the next production day.
